The workshop helps your foreign colleagues overcome uncertainties and cultural challenges in their daily work. This helps clear away obstacles and unlock new potential.

In this interactive workshop, we explore cultural similarities and differences.

What lies beneath the surface? What lies behind different behaviors? Through a mix of theory and exercises, we will explore various approaches to the topic of culture and address critical incidents that will help defuse future cultural misunderstandings in your teams.

This intercultural awareness workshop is aimed at foreign professionals and young professionals who are new to Germany. The course will be conducted in English. Space is limited.

We are pleased to have Ms. Viktoria Stephan, M.A. in Applied Linguistics, leading the workshop. She has been working for years as a business coach, organizational consultant, and trainer in intercultural awareness. In addition, Viktoria Stephan brings many years of experience from various stays abroad to her intercultural workshops, as she herself has lived and worked abroad for several years.
