SQUARE 319

At Vahrenwalder Straße 319 in Hanover, SQUARE 319 —a six-story office building with approximately 10,000 m² of leasable space—is under construction. The developer is Delta Bau AG, a company of the Delta Immobilien Group. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2027.

The building is DGNB Gold pre-certified and is being constructed using a systematic building method. The office building is complemented by a directly connected parking garage with 211 parking spaces. The office spaces can be flexibly partitioned and are designed to facilitate modern work environments tailored to diverse user needs.

A large portion of the space has already been leased: R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG will occupy approximately 6,500 m² on a long-term basis and establish its new Hannover location here. The general contractor Goldbeck, which has been commissioned to carry out the construction project, will also occupy an additional 1,750 m² of office space for its own use.

Currently, approximately 1,765 m² of office space is still available on the fourth floor. The location offers good access to public transportation as well as quick access to the main train station and the airport.

With “Square 319,” Delta Bau AG is realizing its third major office project on Vahrenwalder Straße, thereby expanding the existing commercial complex.
