Workshop: THE E- INVOICING FROM 2025 - pitfalls and practical tips

In this workshop, you will learn all the latest facts about the legally compliant handling of electronic invoices. The regulations are varied and subject to constant change.

Until now, an electronic invoice was mainly understood to be an invoice that was sent by the invoice issuer to the invoice recipient by email in the form of a PDF.

However, from 2025, every company in Germany must be able to receive e-invoices for domestic sales in accordance with the EN 16931 format.

From 2027, or 2028 at the latest, every company must create and send all B2B invoices in e-invoice format. Generate and send, receive, check, process (post) and archive the e-invoice in compliance with GoBD,

requires numerous requirements to be taken into account. Companies must prepare themselves in order to meet the new requirements.

This practice-oriented workshop will provide you with a comprehensive overview of the legal and operational requirements for switching to e-invoices in your company. You will also receive practical tips,

in order to correctly implement the requirements of the law on the one hand and on the other hand to benefit from efficiency gains for your operational processes.
