FemStartup Mentoring Program

FemStartup Mentoring breaks down barriers, creates access to networks and capital and strengthens the professional development of female startups.

What does FemStartup Mentoring offer?

  • Individual mentoring: Experienced female entrepreneurs and financial experts accompany female founders, share their know-how and open up new perspectives.
  • Practical workshops: Topics such as financing, venture capital, network building and business development are taught in a practice-oriented way.
  • Access to capital: The program helps to break down structural barriers and open up financing options.
  • Empowerment through role models: Inspiring female mentors promote female founders and contribute to a more diverse start-up scene.

Goals of the program

  • Building long-term mentoring relationships for sustainable support.
  • Maximizing the chances of success for female innovation start-ups.
  • Strengthening the landscape of female financial experts and entrepreneurs in Lower Saxony.

    • Exclusive workshops : Expand your knowledge of financing options, access to capital and strategic networks - from venture capital and business angels to public funding programs .
    • Strong peer-to-peer community : Network with other mentees, mentors and industry experts.
    • Access to top events : Take part in relevant events, such as the Women Entrepreneurs Congress on 22.11.2025.

The FemStartup mentoring program offers you the unique opportunity to take your startup to the next level. You will not only receive valuable know-how and best practices, but also groundbreaking impulses for your personal and entrepreneurial growth.

The first application phase has already been completed. If you are still interested in becoming part of FemStartup Mentoring as a mentee or mentor, you are welcome to add your name to our list of interested parties.

Simply send us an e-mail to fsm@gruenderinnenconsult.de . We are still happy to accept mentor profile forms and mentee applications at any time.

Application phase: March 15 - April 30, 2025
Program start: June 2025
Program completion: September 2026

  • June 17: Kick-off event, 4:00 - 6:30 p.m.
  • June 26: Peer-to-peer session @UNLEASH
  • August 25: Online workshop (probably in the afternoon)
  • September 01: Peer-to-Peer Session (TBD)
  • November 10: Online workshop (probably in the afternoon)
  • November 22: Peer-to-Peer Session (TBD)
  • December 01: Peer-to-peer session (TBD)

Further dates for 2026 will follow. As a mentee, you should be able to actively contribute around 5-10 hours per month.
