HRV - Hannover Region "FUTURE needs DIVERSITY"

The funding guideline supports companies in the Hannover Region in strengthening and accelerating diversity-promoting corporate culture and corporate organizational processes with a grant of max. 10,000 euros.

Diversity in companies offers decisive advantages - be it in decision-making, orientation towards customer needs, the recruitment and retention of junior staff and specialists or the ability to innovate - and thus a competitive advantage in the long term.

In order to promote diversity in companies, a corresponding corporate culture and anchoring in internal company processes is essential.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as larger medium-sized companies from the Hannover Region that want to make progress in this direction and implement measures and processes that promote diversity can now apply for a grant for their projects.

Initiate and further develop new operational and organizational forms,
significantly increase the level of knowledge in the field of diversity among company employees
Adapt products to new target markets and target groups in different dimensions of diversity
