Strong together for inclusion

The Hannover Region connects regional companies to actively promote inclusion - for more diversity, opportunities and cohesion locally.

Inclusion not only means integrating people with different abilities and backgrounds, but also creating a working environment in which everyone is valued and can develop their full potential.

Entry into working life should be made easier and actively facilitated. The Hannover Region Employment Promotion Agency therefore supports the association of regional companies and educational institutions. It offers a platform for exchange and networking in order to learn from each other and jointly develop sustainable solutions for inclusive employment.

Working group on inclusion in the transition from school to work

The working group on inclusion in the transition from school to work meets regularly to further develop the topic of inclusion and inclusive education in the transition from school to work. The group works together to break down barriers and promote equal opportunities for all young people.

Vocational training fairs are used specifically to draw attention to the importance of inclusion in the field of work and to inspire companies to offer inclusive training opportunities. In addition, practical projects are being developed to actively support pupils in successfully making the transition from school to work.

The aim is to win over more and more companies for inclusion and jointly create sustainable prospects for young people.
