The wbb supports individuals and companies on their journey—toward afuture-proof workforce.
Key Objectives
The project thus makes a concrete contribution to securing a skilled workforce in the region: on the one hand, by strengthening individual employability; on the other, by developing organizational strategies that retain experience and expertise within the company.
Specific objectives include:
- To increase participation in continuing education in the companies receiving counseling and thereby improve not only employees’ skills but also their job satisfaction
- to ensure that more people with limited access to education take advantage of the continuing education counseling services.
Through its cooperation with regioLab in the Hannover region, the Continuing Education Advisory Service (wbb) is part of the continuing education network based there.
