Key objectives

The main objectives of the continuing education counseling approach, which is additionally funded by the Hanover region, are:

  • To increase participation in continuing education in the companies receiving advice, thereby improving not only the skills of employees but also their job satisfaction
  • Encourage more educationally disadvantaged people to take advantage of continuing education counseling services.

At the same time, a new format is to be introduced to address the aging workforce in companies. Against the backdrop of ongoing demographic change, knowledge transfer is becoming increasingly important for securing experiential knowledge and passing on expertise. To this end, companies receive individual advice from wbb.

Through its cooperation with the regioLab of the Hanover region , the continuing education counseling service (wbb) is part of the continuing education network established there.
