FemBizz - Advice for female founders

At Gründerinnen-Consult, we are at the heart of start-up consulting for women who want to take the step into self-employment. We specialize in answering your questions and our qualification offers strengthen your sustainable start-up. We advise you individually, network you in the start-up ecosystem and have a diverse selection of practice-oriented offers for your start-up journey.

Our full range of advisory services includes individual start-up consultations and start-up checks as well as individual coaching for female founders on unemployment benefit 1 as part of the "Start-up Compact" qualification, as well as viability checks for applications for start-up grants from the Federal Employment Agency and MikroSTARTer Niedersachsen.

Start with our " Ready to get started" format to get an overview and orientation of our portfolio. Contents will be:

  • Practical information & tips: Everything you need to know to start your own business
  • Start-up guide - also in the form of a checklist after the appointment.
  • First questions? No problem: An expert from Gründerinnen-Consult will give you helpful answers and introduce you to the support services offered by hannoverimpuls.
  • Networking made easy: make valuable contacts with other female founders.
  • Start-up ecosystem at a glance: Discover additional resources and support services.

The format takes place every second Wednesday of the month and is free of charge.

Our networking format "Founding without filters" is a personal space for you and other female founders with inspiring insights, exciting impulses and honest networking. You can expect:

  • 15-minute keynote speech with experienced female entrepreneurs and City of Hanover award winners
  • Personal and inspiring insights
  • Open exchange in a personal space, anonymous and discreet
  • Networking and small talk

The format takes place every 2 months and is free of charge.

Our masterclasses are practice-oriented workshops on various topics:

  • Sale
  • Marketing
  • Finances
  • Taxes.

Each topic is offered twice a year.

The project is financed with funds from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and the state of Lower Saxony, program area: "Stronger Developed Regions (SER)"; funding period 2021-2027 as part of the RIKA guideline (Promotion of Regional Initiatives and Cooperation for Women in the Labor Market - Business Start-ups) with funds from the state of Lower Saxony, the state capital Hannover and hannoverimpuls GmbH.
