The project pursues the following goals:

  • Encouraging companies to offer partial qualification and validation programs and the associated creation of training positions
  • Encouraging unemployed individuals and (laid-off) employees to pursue partial qualification or the gradual acquisition of a vocational certificate, and facilitating their entry into training programs

Four building blocks

  1. TQ Counseling Office
Providing information and support to interested individuals throughout the entire process—from the initial consultation, through the assessment of vocational skills and the selection of appropriate TQ modules, to support during the training phase.
  2. Reaching Out to Businesses
Providing information and consultation to companies regarding training needs for skilled positions, including preliminary advice on financial support options for TQ / validation.

  3. Language Meeting Point – “TQ Language Bridge”
Twice a week, an open program is offered to migrants to introduce them to advanced language training or programs for acquiring basic skills as prerequisites for participating in a TQ.

  4. Skills Assessment and Validation
Assessment of vocational competencies and, if necessary, referral and funding for validation.
