Hanover Skilled Workers Alliance
© Hanover Region The main objective of the regional Skilled Workers Alliance is to secure the skilled worker base in the Hanover region in the long term and to make it future-proof in view of the challenges ahead.
In the Hanover region, too, stable employment relationships and good working conditions are key to securing skilled workers and play a central role in retaining existing skilled workers and attracting young talent.
The skilled labor alliance in the Hanover region aims to jointly promote good working conditions and order in the labor market, as well as to emphasize the great importance of collective bargaining agreements and social partnership in the region. It is part of the Leine-Weser Skilled Labor Alliance.
Anniversary: 10 years of the Skilled Workers Alliance
The Hanover Skilled Workers Alliance interacts closely with the Regional Education Advisory Board of the Hanover region in the field of school-to-work transition and is also involved in various other fields of action with the following working groups :
