The TalentHub India project aims to provide companies in the Hannover region with easier and quality-assured access to recruiting skilled workers and young talent from India.

The project focuses on the following areas:

  1. Building country-specific expertise on all aspects relevant to recruitment
  2. Networking with partner organizations and institutions in India
  3. Supporting companies in attracting Indian skilled workers and young talent
  4. Promoting the integration of Indian skilled workers and young professionals into companies and regional structures

In addition, TalentHub India supports the state-wide dissemination of the knowledge developed through the project. Through targeted information and networking initiatives, key influencers and experts throughout Lower Saxony are engaged—with a particular focus on the state’s other Welcome Centers.

Timeframe and Target Group

  • Start Date October 1, 2025
  • End September 30, 2026

The target group consists of small and medium-sized enterprises based in the Hanover region, as well as multipliers.


Funded under the funding guideline “Support for Regional Skilled Workforce Alliances 2021–2027” by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Social Affairs, Labor, Health, and Equality
