As part of the Hanover Skilled Workers Alliance, the Hanover Region has developed and successfully implemented two pioneering flagship projects that support companies in the region in mastering the challenges of securing and recruiting skilled workers. With innovative approaches and targeted strategies, these projects offer practical solutions to the shortage of skilled workers and strengthen the long-term competitiveness of the local economy.
