STARTKLAR training fair Burgwedel 2025

The fair is organized by an initiative of committed entrepreneurs and employees from companies based in Burgwedel. With the support of the secondary schools, the Hanover region and the Burgwedel business development department, they have set themselves the task of creating a framework in which pupils (Gymnasium Großburgwedel grade 10 and IGS Burgwedel grade 8/9) and well over 30 local companies come together in one area. Thanks to this form of organization, STARTKLAR is not commercial, but reliable, trustworthy and local.

In 2025, a trade fair matching app will be piloted for the first time with RECREWT GmbH. This browser-based application is designed to offer pupils a tailor-made and sustainable orientation in the career orientation and career choice process by matching their interests and talents with the training and study offers of the exhibiting companies.

including a welcome by Mayor Ortrud Wendt (City of Burgwedel) and the heads of the participating schools (Mr. Robert Baberske, Dr. Marco Gerhard Schinze-Gerber)
