The use of multicopters is becoming increasingly important for businesses. The designs of these aircraft are becoming more robust, the control systems easier to operate, and the acquisition and operating costs are falling continuously. These developments are enabling more and more commercial applications in sectors such as industry, trade, and agriculture. However, small and medium-sized enterprises in particular often know too little about the realistic possibilities for use.

With the " Multicopter Region" initiative, the Hannover Region Economic Development Agency is the point of contact for companies in the technology field and supports intensive exchange in networking events. During these "copter days," current project results are discussed and new ideas and partnerships for future projects are identified.
