This workshop focuses on identifying customer personas and examining them using the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC).
Personas are a good method for mapping the cross-section of a customer group in order to better identify with them. The VPC, in turn, is a simple method for recognizing the needs of the persona and matching them with the products and services. The workshop is organized interactively and thus offers the opportunity to work directly on your own case and exchange ideas with the other participants.
This session will build on the results of the first workshop and show how a marketing strategy can be developed from the needs of a customer group. Ultimately, the strategy should take the form of a list of clear "to do" measures that are both tangible and verifiably defined using key performance indicators.
Modern areas of advertising such as online marketing will also be covered. The workshop is organized interactively and thus offers the opportunity to work directly on your own case and exchange ideas with the other participants.
The prerequisite for registering for the workshop "The Marketing Recipe", Part 2 is participation in the workshop: "The Marketing Recipe", Part 1.
