Securing the supply of skilled workers is an issue for companies of all sizes. A high degree of specialization or a lack of information about the requirements of in-company training prevent many small and medium-sized companies from providing their own vocational training.
However, they are particularly dependent on highly qualified junior staff.
Training is the best way for a company to attract highly capable and motivated skilled workers, as employees who have undergone training themselves know the specific requirements and needs of the company best and develop a high degree of identification with the company.
Together with pro regio e.V. , the Hannover Region Employment Promotion Agency supports small and medium-sized companies in all matters relating to vocational training, regardless of whether the company is already providing training or would like to do so in the future.
- Information on training occupations, new and reorganized job profiles and training in general
- Advice on company training opportunities and planning further steps towards training
- Assistance with official formalities, such as obtaining approval as a training company from the chambers or concluding the training contract
- Assistance with training-related issues, even during training
We are a cooperation partner for business promoters, entrepreneurs and trainers in the Hannover Region and work closely with the employment agency and the relevant chambers.
