Under the umbrella of the "Corporate success through strong competencies" offer, in the corporateand strategy development section, we offer practical, inspiring training courses that delve deep into the topic of diversity. The aim is to support companies in continuously developing their business skills and bringing them up to date. The workshop series with speaker Dr. Nicole Meckoni shows how diversity can not only be recognized, but actively shaped - and what difference this makes for teams, leadership and success.

In four modules that build on each other, we impart the latest knowledge, new methods and very specific tools for effective diversity management. Whether it is about generational diversity, cultural differences, gender identities, life models or individual abilities: Understanding how different people can best work together creates space for motivation, health and performance.
