Intercultural skills training for foreign specialists and junior staff

The training helps your foreign colleagues to successfully overcome uncertainties and cultural challenges during the working day. In this way, stumbling blocks are cleared out of the way and they can better develop their potential.

Cultural similarities and differences are discussed in two interactive workshops. In a mix of theory and practical exercises, an understanding of the working culture in Germany is created.

In addition, conflict situations are analyzed and resolution skills are strengthened in order to counteract future intercultural misunderstandings in the team.
