Working together in intercultural teams can bring many advantages as well as the potential for conflict. Many of these conflicts are often based on misunderstandings and different perceptions and values.
In two free interactive workshops, you will deal with your own and the foreign culture in a mix of theory and exercises. You will learn to recognize difficulties in dealing with other cultures in everyday working life, to classify conflicts and thus avoid or resolve them.
We were able to win Ms. Vanessa Geruschkat to lead the workshops. As an intercultural trainer and integration manager at the Dachstiftung Diakonie, she supports international specialists in their day-to-day work and advises managers.
The training is aimed at HR managers and other interested employees from small and medium-sized companies. The number of participants is limited to 15. The two training modules build on each other, but can also be attended individually.
