In addition to many advantages, working together in intercultural teams can also bring with it the potential for conflict. Many of these conflicts are often based on misunderstandings and different perceptions and values.
In two free interactive workshops, you will deal with your own and other cultures in a mix of theory and exercises. You will learn to recognize difficulties in dealing with other cultures in everyday working life, to classify conflicts and thus avoid or resolve them.
We were able to recruit Ms. Vanessa Geruschkat to lead the workshops. As an intercultural trainer and integration manager at Dachstiftung Diakonie, she supports international professionals in their day-to-day work and advises managers.
The training is aimed at HR managers and other interested employees of small and medium-sized companies. The number of participants is limited to 15. The two training modules build on each other, but can also be attended individually.
