Preventive measures for companies
- Implement workplace health promotion (WHP):
- Use targeted tools such as "Conducting sickness return interviews or BEM interviews correctly" or supervision offers in a targeted manner, also to retain employees
- Create a catalog of measures for times of crisis(s), e.g.: flexible working models as well as time and stress management training and awareness-raising for managers, company social counseling, offer psychosocial counseling services in the region for employees, offer external assistance such as counseling (side effects such as employee retention, promotion of an open corporate culture, best practices and examples of success
