How can leadership work that intensively strengthens employees reduce staff turnover and thus improve the staff situation in child daycare centers?
We want to address this question on the first day of the event based on the experiences of two daycare center managers. They will report on how their management style and behaviour affect employees and can promote further development and self-organization.
The experience reports also focus on the framework conditions, such as preparation times and opportunities for co-design. After the input from both daycare center directors, we would like to discuss the individual challenges and develop possible measures and new ideas together.
On the second day of the event, we will evaluate whether and how it was possible to transfer the impulses into the participants' day-to-day work and what questions arose. In this way, we want to intensify the exchange and go into the approaches to leadership work in greater depth.
To ensure that you can take away the greatest added value for your day-to-day work, we recommend attending both event dates.
The event is aimed at daycare center managers.
