10th HANNOVR: Germany's largest virtual reality meetup celebrates its anniversary on December 16 at Cavallo

Simulations of all kinds for training, sales or service across all industries - the fields of application for virtual reality (VR) applications are immense. Experience the latest technical developments and trends in the world of VR at the 10th HANNOVR on December 16 at Cavallo Hannover with VR experts, developers and start-ups. With 1,500 members, HANNOVR is one of the largest virtual reality communities in Germany.

VR technology is an industry with great potential: the forecast for global sales of virtual reality products by 2025 is USD 22.37 billion. Up to 74 million VR headsets are expected to be sold annually by 2024. Virtual reality products have therefore long since ceased to be a niche business. VR experts, developers, designers, gamers, start-ups - representatives from all areas of the future-oriented virtual reality industry will meet on December 16, 2022 at Cavallo Königliche Reithalle Hannover for Meetup #10 to experience the latest developments and trends in the industry.

HANNOVR has quickly developed into a leading trade fair in the German-speaking world and is organized by hannoverimpuls, the VR company timmersive, LocomotionVR and VR specialist Laura Saenger. In a relaxed atmosphere, interested parties can see for themselves what the VR world currently has to offer and listen to impulsive contributions from exciting speakers: With keynotes ranging from the latest market-leading hardware developments to the colorful world of the metaverse, the 10th Anniversary Meetup has it all.

The day starts with a specialist conference, from 12.30 p.m. all interested parties are invited. More than 18 exhibitors will be on site, such as VR world market producer PICO VR with its latest headsets, Viva con Agua will give a presentation on fundraising in VR. Get to know the Virtual Reality Education Center (VRECH) of the Hannover Region or find out more about the new exhibition profession of designer for immersive media (GIM) and try out for yourself what VR can currently do.

From 3 p.m., it's hands-on time for anyone interested in VR in the exhibition area. The latest features are waiting to be used and tried out. And from 8 p.m., the VR, AR, gaming and e-sports industry will be celebrating as a side event at DreamHack Hannover, which is taking place at the same time on the exhibition grounds.
