Since 2012, the BBU.ONSITE team has been successfully dedicated to the development of new buildings in urban settings and the revitalization of hundreds of thousands of square meters of existing real estate, with a focus on residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Our expertise in planning, transaction advisory, and project management now also informs our own project developments, particularly in the Hanover region: Since August 2024, BBU has been a subsidiary of Hannoversche Volksbank eG and is thus part of a strong, values-driven family with deep regional roots.
