Employer breakfast - We give opportunities!
Since 2019, the Participation Opportunities Act has provided companies with wage subsidies, coaching and further training support if they give the long-term unemployed a career opportunity. The Hannover Region Jobcenter and the Hannover Region Economic Development Agency invite you to join a small group of other companies to discuss opportunities and good practice in this instrument.

The target group of the Employers' Forum are in particular people from your company who are direct managers for new employees.
Join us for a collegial breakfast and exchange ideas:

- How can training and working hours be organized?
- How can I strengthen diversity in my company and how can I benefit from a diverse workforce?
- What support services are available to you when hiring long-term unemployed people?
