Many small and medium-sized companies in the Hannover Region are already successfully recruiting skilled workers in third countries on the basis of the Skilled Immigration Act.

Although foreign qualifications are often only partially recognized in Germany, these skilled workers are allowed to take up employment and compensate for existing professional deficits during employment as part of an adaptation qualification. The adaptation training courses, which are subject to a fee, as well as the advanced German courses can be financially supported by the state.

In this onlineevent, the funding instruments for adaptation training and German vocational language courses will be presented and, of course, your questions will be answered.
