Workshop - Structuring and planning AI project ideas

As part of our face-to-face workshop, you will learn about the AI CANVAS model and the AI project profile, two tools that you can use to structure initial AI ideas for your company and initiate them as part of project management. In the workshop, we will also help you to identify potential AI applications for your company, concretize them and derive initial action steps.

09:30 a.m.: Formation of groups and joint completion of the AI canvas and the AI project profile

10:45 am: Presentation of the results to the other participants

11:45 a.m.: Conclusion and outlook KI.WI and further events
