Recruiting Skilled Workers from Abroad with Government Support

Tuesday, November 10, 2026, 1:00–2:00 p.m.

The shortage of skilled workers and young talent poses major challenges for many companies in the Hanover region. Qualified employees are crucial for competitiveness—yet the domestic labor market often can no longer meet the demand.

Through the government-funded THAMM Plus program— (Support for Regular Labor Migration and Mobility between North Africa and Europe)—we would like to introduce you to a proven approach for recruiting skilled workers and young talent from abroad— reliably, transparently, and without placement fees.
