1. Theory "digital business models":
   At the beginning of the Meetup, there will be an introduction to digital business models with a presentation of well-known examples. It will also look at how customer benefits are created in successful B2C concepts with data and digital services and how this can be transferred to B2B models.
   
   
2. Best practice example - Our path to digital sales:
   A real-life example is used to show how a company with traditional sales channels has changed over the last five years, what challenges it has faced, and what lessons can be learned from it
   
   
3. Minimizing risk and maximizing potential through transformation:
   Finally, the last presentation will show the transformation of a company that has developed a new, profitable business model based on its previous core competencies. In particular, the risks but also the potentials will be discussed.
