At the first meeting of the "Competencies in Change" working group, the reasons why the participants should not only be informed about the necessity for the transformation processes, but should also be very well educated, will be explained. The physiology and psychology of change processes indicate that people can develop a greater willingness to change and a stronger identification with the processes of change if they understand the necessity well and are able to actively shape them themselves. All other success factors and aspects of transformation can only be positively shaped if the basis of acceptance and motivation is fundamentally created.
