Background
© Region HannoverRegion Hannover specifically brings together the tools and knowledge from our programs regioLab+, neu/wagen, and the Attractive Employers Workshop. In collaboration with IG Metall and Niedersachsenmetall, we develop concrete action plans for you and your organization.
Together with you, we’ll discuss answers to questions such as
- What are the future skills we need in the region?
- How can we ensure that mental health remainsa given—not a luxury—in our daily work lives?
- How do we design work to be “smart”—that is, flexible, people-friendly, and productive? Find out.
Your expertise is in demand! Because sustainable solutions emerge where specialized knowledge, practical experience, and implementation skills converge—that is, precisely among the stakeholders who will later implement the results.
