In a confidential setting with 10–15 companies, strategic perspectives are developed, and clarity and direction are provided. Through concrete “quick wins” and a realistic assessment of long-term projects, pathways are identified for ensuring the company’s long-term sustainability—beyond simply addressing current gaps. The companies will learn which applications are already ready for use and which still have development potential, as well as in which cases AI and robotics can actually reduce the workload in their operations.
