Over the past three years, the regioLab project has supported small and medium-sized enterprises in all aspects of further training and qualification. In numerous practical workshop formats, the participating companies have been given impulses with which they could continue to work directly in their company. The focus was on networking, exchange and joint learning across sectors.
After successful work, regioLab will come to an end at the end of June 2024, and this event will be celebrated accordingly with a closing event on 16.04.2024.
regioLab will also remain true to itself at the final event and does not want to just give a frontal presentation with warm words, but rather actively involve the participants and bring them together in a large group for the last time.
The focus here is on the question of what is preventing companies from making even greater use of the "key" of further training to navigate the transformation and deal with the skills shortage. Together, we will identify hurdles and obstacles and develop solutions to help you drive your HR development forward!
