Soccer excitement for around 90,000 spectators

The Virtual Champion Niedersachsen (VCN) has successfully entered its third round. 16 well-known FIFA professionals competed to become Virtual Champion Niedersachsen. The participants competed for prize money totaling 1,500 euros - and a total of 25,000 FIFA Points were raffled off among the spectators during the tournament. E-athletes and the audience experienced thrilling matches with top-class virtual players on the pitch. Top stars such as MoAuba, DullenMike and Eldos were among those taking part.

Thethird FIFA tournament wasorganizedby the Lower SaxonyMinistry of Economic Affairs, Labour, Transport and Digitalization togetherwith Hannoverimpuls, supported by Pixelpokal, Hannover 96, Niedersachsen.digital and VFL Wolfsburg.

The eSports event was once again hosted by Peter "Petkus" Schwab, now a permanent fixture as a presenter and commentator at major FIFA tournaments. Among other things, he has already commented on the Virtual Bundesliga Grand Finals 2019 live on TV on Pro Sieben Maxx and the Bundesliga Home Challenge, which was broadcast on various channels. He was supported in Hanover by co-commentator Daniel aka DieHahn. He has been a content creator on Twitch and YouTube for many years - especially for FIFA.

Pixelpokalstreamed the entire tournament in real time on its Twitch channel. Interested parties were once again able to follow the exciting action live and free of charge.

A total of around 90,000 spectators joined in the excitement at the FIFA tournament. Dream goals and emotions far beyond the final whistle were guaranteed.
