Teens independently visit local businesses, learn about careers, and connect directly with representatives from the business community.
© Simply BrilliantCORA Connect enables 8th- and 9th-grade students to independently visit regional companies, learn about careers, and connect with representatives from the business community. CORA Connect allows schools to digitally expand and manage their career guidance activities.
Companies can welcome students to their facilities, provide relevant information about career fields, design tailored career guidance, and thereby facilitate matching with potential applicants.”
Project Goals for Students:
- Career guidance through real-world insights into companies across various industries
- Promotion of independence, mobility, and responsibility
- Strengthening communication skills and teamwork
- Direct contact with potential apprenticeship and internship employers
- Motivation through a gamified reward system
