Eleventh-grade students from four partner schools tackle specific challenges related to the digital transformation of regional companies and universities.

This gives the students real-world insight into day-to-day business operations and the digitalization of the workplace. The project work also fosters skills essential for success in the digital age: teamwork, problem-solving, and self-directed learning.

As regional employers, the companies raise their profile, showcase professions and career opportunities, and provide insight into their corporate culture. In addition, the companies gain fresh perspectives from outside the organization while getting to know potential apprentices.

Duration and Organizer

The project begins on January 1, 2026, and ends on December 31, 2027.

The project is sponsored by the Hannover Chamber of Crafts – Projekt- und Servicegesellschaft mbH
