Digital Escape Room

As part of the exciting “Digital Escape Room” project, the two innovative career guidance tools “BO-Parcours” and “Die Geistesdimension” were developed through a co-creation process involving students, apprentices, and companies. These tools were developed by EG Studio at Einfach Genial gGmbH.

Under the motto “Learning and Developing Something New,” Einfach Genial gGmbH launched an extraordinary mega-project in 2023 in collaboration with students, apprentices, and companies. The project drew on experience from numerous career guidance projects to create something new and sustainable.

The goal of the two-year project was to design career-specific content through a creative co-creation process while simultaneously promoting self-awareness of one’s own abilities in a playful way. As a result, the tools developed offer exciting opportunities to optimally prepare young people for their professional futures.
