The Futurepreneur project motivates students at general education schools to actively shape their career paths by developing entrepreneurial skills and experiencing self-efficacy. The project fosters readiness for vocational training, career choice competence, and diverse insights into professional fields through innovative methods, exchanges with entrepreneurs, and independent product development within the context of the circular economy. Supported by certified coaches, the young people discover their own strengths, develop business ideas based on them, write plans, earn money, and explore careers.

The project is currently jointly funded by the Region of Hanover and the State Capital of Hanover and implemented by Pro Beruf GmbH.
