Futurepreneur Hannover

The Futurepreneur project motivates students at general education schools to actively shape their career paths by developing entrepreneurial skills and experiencing self-efficacy. The project fosters readiness for vocational training, career choice skills, and diverse insights into professional fields through innovative methods, exchanges with entrepreneurs, and hands-on product development. Supported by certified coaches, the young people discover their own strengths, develop business ideas based on them, write plans, earn money, and explore careers.

The project is currently funded jointly by the Region of Hanover, the Employment Agency, and the State Capital of Hanover, and is implemented by Pro Beruf GmbH.
