Invest-Impuls invests in coapp: With the conclusion of the seed round, the financing of the software start-up increases to around one million euros.
Networks, coworking spaces, associations or larger companies - they all need tailor-made tools for collaboration. With coapp, the Hanover-based start-up coapp GmbH has created a platform that can be used intuitively and adapted to individual needs and includes a search function: A digital community platform and workspace management software in one. The white label software as a service can be customized according to individual requirements and can also be used for financial transactions such as processing membership fees.
Invest-Impuls from hannoverimpuls and the investment company Plimo Ventures have now invested in coapp in a seed financing round. The new investors join the founding investor Hafven and together form a strong alliance from the startup ecosystem of Lower Saxony's state capital.
"The fresh capital will give us the additional power to help more community builders bring people together better on their platforms. With Invest-Impuls, Plimo Ventures and Hafven , we are delighted to have three local investors on board with whom we have enjoyed good relationships and cooperation for many years and who have already demonstrated a good knack for innovative start-ups in the past," says Jonas Lindemann, co-founder and CEO of coapp GmbH , about the successful seed round.
"With Hardy Seiler, Magomed Arsaev and Jonas Lindemann , we are backing a strong team of founders. They are well placed to turn their vision for the growth market of the B2B sharing economy into reality in the coming years," says Reinhard Hinrichs, Managing Director of Hannover Beteiligungsfonds GmbH , explaining the investment.
In addition to the Hanover-based coworking space Hafven, coapp's community platform is already being used by various other companies with thousands of users, primarily in Germany. With the help of the new financing round, the further expansion of the platform and growth in the DACH region will be driven forward and coapp will become the operating system for the age of hybrid working and the B2B sharing economy. The closing of the round brings coapp's funding to around one million euros .

Coapp GmbH
The founders Hardy Seiler and Jonas Lindemann, both co-founders of the Hafven Innovation Community, found it unsatisfactory that there was no community platform that combined exchange and value creation in a single portal - so they brought Jonas Magomed Arsaev on board and began to develop coapp.
