Reinhard Karger (1961), M.A., studied theoretical linguistics and philosophy in Wuppertal, was an assistant at the Chair of Computational Linguistics at Saarland University and moved to the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, DFKI, in Saarbrücken in 1993. He has been company spokesman for DFKI since 2011. He has been involved in theoretical linguistics and AI, philosophy of consciousness and digital innovation culture for 35 years.

Nils Funke is responsible for data science/machine learning projects in the field of industrial AI. His focus is on generating added value by applying industrial AI to logistics, maintenance and customer service.
He is available to our customers as a product owner and, together with the development team, transfers innovative models and processes from research into industrial practice. He continuously integrates his practical experience into the development of AIM products and solutions.
Claude Toussaint, Founder and Managing Partner navel robotics GmbH
Claude Toussaint, founder and Managing Partner of navel robotics GmbH, is the initiator of the BMBF research project VIVA, in which a social robot was developed. Claude Toussaint was previously Managing Partner of the international consulting agency designaffairs, specializing in user experience design, product strategy and management consulting for global corporations. He studied design at the State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart and mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Hamburg and RWTH Aachen University.
