Dropped out of university? Our colleague Annika Neujahr tells you about her switch from studying to training as a bank clerk with us.

Are you interested in starting with us too? No matter why you want to leave university, you have the choice with us. We offer you both a traditional apprenticeship as a bank clerk and a career-integrated Bachelor's degree program, which is aimed specifically at high school graduates and combines training and the "Banking & Sales" course.

The dual study program ends with the academic degree "Bachelor of Arts" from the University of Applied Sciences of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. You can find all the information you need on our homepage at www.spk-schaumburg.de/ausbildung

"Umsteigen statt Aussteigen" is a project of the Leine-Weser skilled workers alliance and the Hanover region, funded by the European Social Fund.
