- ISK – Institute for Languages and Communication e.V.
- Educational Association for Social Learning and Communication e.V.
vocational language courses to prepare prospective apprentices for a dual vocational training program.
What can I learn?
In the vocational language course, you’ll improve your German skills, learn technical terms, and work on technical texts in a group setting.
You’ll learn work and study techniques that will help you later in your apprenticeship to understand texts and to be able to paraphrase and summarize their content. Writing practice also plays a major role, such as independently composing texts in various formats.
The lessons are aligned with the curriculum of vocational schools to prepare you as well as possible for your training.
How can I participate?
You have already signed your apprenticeship contract and will begin your apprenticeship in August or September 2026.
In addition, eligibility is required to participate. You can obtain this directly from the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees upon request. The application is submitted through the language course provider. To do so, you will need:
- Copy of the apprenticeship contract
- Copy of your current residence permit or identification document (If you are an EU citizen, please send a copy of your passport or national ID card.)
- Copy of your most recent language certificate
Participation is free of charge for you.
