The threat level in the area of cybercrime is and remains high. Every day, numerous companies fall victim to hacker attacks - sometimes combined with ransom demands, data theft or digital sabotage and espionage. The attacks are by no means only directed against corporations, but also specifically target the knowledge and expertise of small and medium-sized companies. The technical security concepts of the IT infrastructure must therefore be constantly reviewed and updated. Nevertheless, it is often overlooked that the human interface to technology is the biggest gateway for cyber attacks - eight out of ten attacks start with employees.
Find out what risks your company is exposed to and how you and your employees can minimize the points of attack in the webinar "Cybercrime: People and IT - working together against new risks".
Mr. Jörg Peine-Paulsen from the Economic Protection Department of the Office for the Protection of the Constitution in the Lower Saxony Ministry of the Interior and Sport and the Central Contact Point for Cybercrime (ZAC) of the Lower Saxony State Office of Criminal Investigation will provide you with up-to-date information on points of attack, procedures and approaches in cybercrime and espionage as well as tips and measures on how you can best protect your company from attacks. In particular, the "point of attack" of people through unconscious influence and manipulation will be discussed.
You are very welcome to attend, take away answers to your questions and exchange ideas with each other and with the experts on very practical questions about information security - practical, tangible and concrete.
You are also welcome to forward this invitation to other interested parties.
