Are you curious about how agility can be successfully introduced in public authorities, banks and administrations?
Would you like to learn from the experiences and challenges of other organizations and exchange ideas with colleagues?

Then this event is just right for you!We offer you the opportunity to gain authentic insights into projects in which agility has been implemented in conservative organizational structures, not glossy presentations, but honest experience reports and constructive discussions.

The practical forum allows you to actively participate and contribute your questions, ideas and partial solutions. In the parallel workshops, you will have the opportunity to exchange ideas with the speakers and other project staff and project managers from various organizations and benefit from their experiences. The results will be discussed and documented together to enable a sustainable transfer of knowledge.

We are delighted to be able to present inspiring speakers who have successfully implemented agility in classic structures in their projects. They will talk about their successes, but also about the hurdles and learning experiences. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to expand your knowledge, learn new aspects and be inspired by the experiences of other organizations. Be part of a committed network of project experts and look forward to the next event.
The aim is to gain inspiration for improving your own team performance through the examples presented and to exchange ideas about typical situations with other participants beyond the presentations.
