Workshop: Social Media

Three-part workshop series – from theory to practice. What can social media do, what do I need to consider when it comes to my company's presence, and what does an effective social media strategy look like?

This three-part workshop series is aimed at companies, founders, and self-employed people who want to use social media strategically and efficiently. The individual parts build on each other – participation in all three sessions is recommended.

 

Goal: You will understand the basic possibilities and mechanisms of social media. You will develop an initial social media strategy and learn the most important basics and functions of Instagram in order to build reach and strengthen customer loyalty.

Contents and objectives of the modules

Part 1 – Basics & Account Setup

Fundamentals and mechanisms of social media, relevance for companies, overview of relevant platforms, and setting up a professional Instagram account (biography, highlights, settings).

Part 2 – Strategy & Creative Formats

Development of a target group-oriented social media strategy, creative content ideas and formats, as well as approaches for long-term visibility.

Part 3 – Operational Implementation, Instagram Features & Tools

Overview of Instagram features and recommendations for apps, tools, and workflows for efficient content creation.

Christina Carstens

Christina Carstens is a marketing strategist and social media expert from Hanover. With her company "KOMM KLAR," she helps companies become visible and relevant on social media through strategic consulting, creative concepts, and effective content. As co-founder of the regional Instagram page "Hannover – Dein Ernst?!" (Hanover – Are you serious?!), she brings extensive practical experience to the table.
