The focus of the Training Manager 2024 to 2027 project is on language, which is a major reason for training dropouts among newly arrived trainees and affects both attendance at vocational school and the practical part of training in the company.

The aim is to create additional language support programs and systematically link them to other support services for training (e.g., AsAflex).

The training manager will continue to be based at the BBS Campus Ohestraße for this project. The schools offer a number of training courses that are particularly popular with new immigrants and where there is a high risk of trainees dropping out.

Start your training with strong language skills – preparatory vocational language courses before the start of training

In vocational language courses that prepare prospective trainees for dual vocational training, you will improve your German language skills, learn technical terms, and become familiar with working and learning techniques.
