Eleventh-grade students from four partner schools solve specific tasks related to the digital transformation of regional companies and universities.

This gives the students real insight into everyday business life and the digitalization of the working world. The project work also promotes skills for successful working in the digital age: teamwork, problem-solving skills, and self-learning abilities.

The companies draw attention to themselves as regional employers, showcase professions and career opportunities, and provide insight into their corporate culture. In addition, the companies receive fresh impetus from outside and get to know potential trainees at the same time.
