DUOday brings people with disabilities and employers together for a day. During the event, participants shadow employees in their daily work, learn about different career fields, and gain valuable insights into the world of work. For companies, DUOday offers the opportunity to overcome reservations, discover new perspectives, and bring inclusion to life.

To introduce DUOday Hannover 2027 and give interested employers the chance to exchange ideas, we cordially invite you to the kickoff event:
