Many small businesses believe that custom software is only possible with large budgets and external agencies. We tried the opposite.

In this hands-on presentation, Holger Stollenwerk will show how tourmare (a small tour operator with fewer than ten employees) developed its own booking platform—including CRM and an administrative backend—using AI, thereby saving around 40,000 EUR in development costs.

This isn’t about theory, but about real-world experience. You’ll receive concrete tips on how AI can accelerate your own development and learn about the mistakes we made so you can avoid them.
