Together, we would like to support you in your transformation process towards climate neutrality so that you can score points as an attractive employer.

Now let's take a deep dive into your company: What topics need to be developed to make your company climate-friendly? How do you involve employees? What examples do you use to show applicants where and how your company acts in a climate-friendly way?

Using checklists and best practice examples, you will work in small groups to analyze your company with regard to whether "climate neutrality" can function as a criterion for your employer brand and develop initial steps for implementation.

The events are planned as face-to-face events. If necessary due to the pandemic regulations, they will be held digitally.
