The event is aimed at teachers at all types of schools and trainers. The level is for beginners. The training is aimed at participants who either have little or no experience with VR.
Virtual reality is seen as a future technology with great potential for education.

- How does VR actually work?

We want to get to the bottom of these and other questions.
- In the basic course, the theoretical foundations for the use of VR are presented in the form of a short lecture.
- Afterwards, thefocus is on theVR EXPERIENCE. We enter VR, try it out and get to know the controls.
- After some reflection, we move on to theSERIOUSVR area. We explore the possible applications as a collaborationand cooperation tool andtry out the advantages and disadvantages of the approach together.
- The fourth part is either about the potentialthat the VIL trolley offers us. The VIL trolley is a complete classroom solution for VR in the classroom.

The VRECH (which stands for Virtual Reality Education Center Hannover, read as "cheeky") is the firstVReducation center in Lower Saxony to focus specifically on the use of immersive technologies in education. The target groups are primarily (vocational) schools, but also training companies in the Hanover region and throughout Lower Saxony.
It was founded in May 2022 on the initiative of theHannoverRegionbythe media center, the business development department and the schools department. It has found its home at the Hannover Region's MultiMedia vocational schools in Laatzen. It is supported by the NLQ and the Lower Saxony Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs.
You have the option of registering for one of the following dates
